How to get there


Sponars Chalet is a really convenient lodge to stay at. There is ample parking, unlike Smiggins where there is limited parking and Perisher where there is NO overnight parking.

Click here for map to Jindabyne - From Jindabyne stay on Kosciuszko Road towards Perisher Blue and you will find us 24km up on your right hand side, just past the Guthega turn off.

Enjoy the convenience of having your car at the door. No ski tube or costly oversnow transport.

We have a courtesy bus which will be running daily to take you up to the mountain, until the 2nd of September. It runs three times in the morning from around 8am to 9.30am, depending on the number of people and snow conditions. It also comes back from Perisher in the afternoon three times from 4pm to around 5.30pm.

We don't operate the courtesy bus during 'No Frills' - but, at such a reasonable nightly room rate, you won't mind the 7 km drive to the resort!
