Season 2009

4-9-09 Sun, Snow and Pub to Pub this week. September is looking great so far with some snow coing this week. Also on the 16-9-9 we have 100th year Birthday Bash.

August is nearly over and a nice snowfall late in the month has filled the gaps. Great skiing around  the resort and more snow coming this week(we hope). School Race Finals are on and its all very exciting here. The Boost Snow show on tonight also.

 

11-8-09 Another week of good snow , with us only 10cm from passing last years total! Saterday was a bue bird powder day and there were smiles all round. We had lots of fun through the week with live music almost every night! More snow due tonight. A great season so far.

2-8-09 A week of snow,wind,blue skys and more wind. Lots of fun to be had through-out the resort. We have Dean Carroll playing 2 nights week on accoustic guitar. We welcome lots of regular guest in this week. Lots of snow Coming this week..

25-7-09 Another week of great snow conditions in Perisher. With over 30cm falling on wednesday, there has been great cover all round the resort. Thursday was up there with the best day of the season so far. A fun week at Sponars with the Mad Hatters Party and we've got live music starting this week. More snow due monday -wednesday. This has to be one of the best seasons for years, hopefully plenty more to come! 

 

20-7-09 Still great skiing and boarding  throughout Perisher, Blue cow, & Guthega. A couple of light dustings through the week has kept the snow in good condition, and more snowfalls expected through this week.

14-7-09 Dumpville!!!

Another 15cm of light dry snow overnight and 44 lifts expected to open today. The has dropped of and the sun has come out although its still snowing.

 

13-7-09 More snow overnight, around 10cm. Its still snowing lightly and more predicted over the next couple of days. We say Good Bye to Trinity & Nambour and welcome Knox Grammar School.

 

 

9-7-09 Welcome Trinity Beenleigh College & Nambour. The young people have enjoyed beautiful blue skys, with all the resort open.

4-7-09 Over 70cm of new snow in the First week of July has put a smile on many peoples faces. Great conditions all over the Mountain, with Guthega Opening today, and a total of 40 lifts around Perisher, there's plenty of fun to be had.   

 10-6-09Opening Week had a great start with over 50cm of fresh snow in 48hrs. The Temps stayed called and the snow was Fantastic. These Pics were Taken on the 8th of June!!!! The Snowy Mountain Music Festival was a great success with great feedback from Guests and locals.

With the earliest start to the season in Decade, excitement is in the Air.  Blue Cow, Mt Perisher and front valley all open.
