In winter (except the June long weekend) your accommodation charge includes a hearty breakfast and delicious dinner. Our team at the chalet create mouth-watering menus from good quality fresh produce, all served in our historical dining room museum.


Start your day with a breakfast that will give you the endurance and stamina to ski big mountains. Begin by helping yourself from our breakfast bar of fresh bread, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and juices which are all offered daily. Or add the hot option, it changes daily ranging from scrambled eggs or frittatas to pancakes and porridges.


Afternoon Treat

A ski holiday wouldn’t be complete without an afternoon reward when you come back in from the slopes. Look out for Sponars Hot Apple Juice when you get off the bus. Check out the tea selection in foyer for an afternoon cuppa in your room.



The bar opens each afternoon at 4.30pm. Fancy a Sponars Signature cocktail named after your favourite ski run., beer after a hard day on the slopes, or a glass of wine before dinner? Come down to the bar and see what’s the drink of the day.

Evening Meal

Dinner is a social affair I encourage you to meet the other guests and find out snow stories of the day. The menu varies daily basically we take good quality ingredients and modern recipes and combine them to create delicious home cooked food.

Each meal begins with a soup and a very special bread.

You then have a choice of main meal followed by a yummy dessert.


We have selected red and white bottled wines to accompany the evening meal. They are available from the bar.
After dinner, relax in the lounge, play a game of pool or check out a classic ski movie in the cinema whilst the washing up is done for you.
