Refunds policy

Booking cancellations in the first 24hr are eligible for a full refund provided no cost is incurred by Sponars Chalet. After that the 30% deposit is non refundable. The balance paid 30 days prior to arrival is non refundable.

School bookings deposit is non refundable.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you in case of mishap.

COVID 19 Special Policy.

You will have the opportunity to postpone or delay your holiday if the following happens;

  • Sponars Chalet closes due to COVID 19
  • Government policies regarding COVID 19 prevent you from travelling on your intended dates.
  • You or your immediate family contract COVID19 and you are unable to travel on your intended dates.

 If you have followed our policies and paid for your ski trip your booking can either be deferred 12 months or we can issue a credit voucher that you can use summer or winter over the next 3 years.

Once the premier in your state has made an announcement you have a 24 hour window to move your booking.

Dispatch and delivery Policy

Your parcel will be delivered within Australia via Australia post.  Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us incur a redelivery fee.  All freight charges are non refundable.

We take care in getting your package to you however occasionally an error will occur.  Please ring 0416067759 or email info@sponars.com.au as soon as possible so that we can make things right.
